Chocolate humus (no sugar added, gluten-free, vegan)

Today we are going to break some old stereotypes.
Yes, people, humus can be, must be and will be “chocolate”. Its creamy texture is to die for, pairs greatly with fruits and goes together very well with… a table spoon. Just scoop it up and put in your mouth!
My humus has no sugar, it’s gluten-free and extremely easy to make.
But let me warn you: it’s very a addictive. So be carefull and enjoy!
Ready? Let’s cook!

We will need:

1,5 cups of cooked and drained chickpeas

1/3 cup of any plant-based milk (I use soy)

4 tablespoons of dark Dutch cocoa powder without sugar

1/4 cup of maple syrup (I use the dark one)

7 table spoons of coconut oil

Vanilla to taste

Mix your beans with maple syrup.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend well until smooth.
That’s it!
