A banana in chocolate – what could be easier? And what could be more beautiful and healthy?

Today I’m offering you a wonderful summer recipe, which will please both children and adults.

I would call a banana a superfood: 110 calories, rich in potassium, without cholesterol or fat, each banana contains 10 mg of vitamin C, 35% of the daily dose of vitamin B6, etc.

Add some chocolate, nuts, and boom—an excellent alternative to fatty ice cream right before your eyes!

Ready? Set? Let’s go cooking!

We will need: (6 servings)

3 bananas

5-6 Tbsp. vegan or regular chocolate chips (or other chocolate) + 3 Tbsp. water

4 Tbsp. walnuts

Peel and cut each banana into two parts.

Put each part on a stick or a toothpick.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and put bananas on it.

Grind the nuts.  Melt the chocolate in the microwave (20 seconds).

Take a deep glass: it will be more convenient to cover a banana with chocolate.

Pour the chocolate into the glass and dip the banana there.

Roll it in nuts, and put it on the paper.

Put the bananas in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Done!

Everyone will be pleased! Bon appétit!
